What technology and equipment do your practices use?

We're committed to providing our teams with modern education and equipment that supports efficient, high-quality patient care. Depending on the practice, our technology includes CEREC, CBCT, iTero Digital Scanners, Biofilm Therapy, Digital X-Rays and SprintRay 3D printing. We're always looking for ways to incorporate technology that makes the patient experience better and gives our clinicians the tools they need to do their best work.

One of the ideas behind how we've built Vita Dental Group is to have our practices located close enough together that our teams can connect, collaborate, and move between offices when needed or desired. Whether you're looking for a change of environment, want to explore a different practice, or simply need additional support at another location, there are opportunities to work across the group.

How do you support work life balance?

We believe that work should fit into your life, not take it over. Our practices operate within set office hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and we respect that time outside of those hours belongs to you. We don't expect our team to take work home or continue working outside of their allotted office hours. We want you to be able to leave work at work and enjoy the rest of your day when you leave.
