One of the ideas behind how we've built Vita Dental Group is to have our practices located close enough together that our teams can connect, collaborate, and move between offices when needed or desired. Whether you're looking for a change of environment, want to explore a different practice, or simply need additional support at another location, there are opportunities to work across the group.

We believe that work should fit into your life, not take it over. Our practices operate within set office hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and we respect that time outside of those hours belongs to you. We don't expect our team to take work home or continue working outside of their allotted office hours. We want you to be able to leave work at work and enjoy the rest of your day when you leave.
